Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, not for the Free plan. You only need to enter your email address to get started. Signing up is that easy!
How do you define a request?
A request is any HTTP API call you create with APIStrong.
What happens when I reach my API request limit on the Free plan?
Once you reach 10,000 requests, you will no longer be able to use APIStrong unless you decide to upgrade to a paid plan. If you decide not to upgrade your subscription after reaching the API request limit, your account will be deactivated. Before that happens, you will be notified by email once you’re approaching the limit to give you the option to upgrade your account.
What happens if I go over my request limit on the paid plans?
For paid accounts, request overages are billed at the following rates:
Small Plan: 70¢ per 1,000 requests
Medium Plan: 45¢ per 1,000 requests
Large Plan: 27¢ per 1,000 requests
Can I pay with something other than a credit card (e.g. invoice, purchase order, wire transfer, etc.)?
APIStrong offers flexible payment options for Enterprise plans. Contact us for more info.
All other plans are only available for purchase via credit card.
